DATA RETENTION/ACCOUNT REMOVAL

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and you did not request to remove it. You have an option to remove your account inside of the application at "Settings" dashboard. All personal data, including nicknames, uploaded pictures, approximate location and achievement statistics will be deleted. Please note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain some of your data (e.g your current balance) as necessary for our legitimate business interests. Note that any anonymised data may be retained as well.

SUSPENSION AND BAN POLICY

These rules may be revised from time to time and it is the player’s responsibility to stay abreast of any changes.

Should you receive a warning or ban that you feel was not warranted, you may appeal the decision by contacting Customer Support.
Filing an appeal does not guarantee that the action will be reversed.

An permanent ban of an account may result in case of:

    EXPLOITS
    Misuse of game features like "Playing with favorites". Acting to lose intentionally. Selling in-game goods or services or accounts for real world currency through an online auction site or any other venue.

    HACKING
    Interfering with the performance of the DoocoGames game servers or web site. Deciphering, hacking into or interfering with any transmissions to or from the DoocoGames servers or web site. Obtaining unauthorized access to another’s DoocoGames account or account information

    HARASSMENT
    Abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, ethnically or racially offensive, or threatening to another player or an official DoocoGames Online representative. Sends excessive e-mails, support tickets, files support tickets with false information.

    SCAMMING
    Illegally obtains items through use of an exploit or cheat method.

THE CONSUMPTION DATA SHARED WITH APPLE

DoocoGames may share you consumption data with Apple upon the request.
Apple may request your consumption information when you claim the refund for consumable items (coins or VIP days) purchased in the game.
If you don't provide your consent for sharing that data, please contact our support team prior claiming the refund from Apple.
